How long until I receive my order?
Depending on product availability, the size of the order and the shipping method you choose, anywhere from 5 to 14 business days.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Only certain states must pay sales tax. If your state requires a sales tax, it will automatically be calculated for you prior to completing the checkout.

May I phone in my credit card order? I don't like to use it on the Internet.
Yes, you may call to place an order. If you get the answering machine, please leave your name and contact number. We'll return your call promptly. You may also use the order form to mail your order with your credit card information.

What are the shipping costs?
All shipping costs are determined by weight when ordering online, the shipping is calculated for you. If calling in your order, we will provide that information for you.
